The Nets have launched an 'employment program' that features free tickets, rmlacement with club sponsors and access to a career fair. Heres how it works:

How to join: Unemployed job seekers can sign up at njnets.com, and e-mail rmcontact information and career field of interest to jobbank@njnets.com.

What to gain: Those enrolled can receive up to four of the 300 first-come, first-serve tickets available for each of select games. The rmwill go to participating Nets sponsors as well as season-ticket holders who are involved in the program.

When it starts: The career fair featuring Nets partners such as UPS, Emblem Health and Valley Health System will take place Nov. 22 before the 7:30 p.m. game.

Free tickets: Unemployed fans can receive tickets to Dec. 2 versus Washington, Dec. 5 versus Minnesota, Dec. 12 versus Toronto and Dec. 17 versus Utah (all games 7:30 p.m.).

Quote: 'Unemployment is on the rise in the metropolitan area, so we want to offer our fans that are between jobs some help in finding a job, as well as a chance to relieve some stress by coming to a Nets game,' said chief executive Brett Yormark.
